Previously a broker/partner with Performance Realty and Associates, Bruce is now sole owner of that company that has now transitioned to handling property management exclusively. Bruce worked in industrial engineering and quality management for 35 years retiring in 2005.

Bruce lives with Rosemary, his wife of 28 years, in Horse Shoe having lived in the Hendersonville area for 22 years.
